The water slides are satisfying for all ages , a good feature.

i found several issues . the bars did not provide all kinds of drinks , and some coffee machines were not working properly. i had to walk around 10 minutes to get the drink i wanted , which was quite inconvenient. some staff members were not very friendly either , this.

The reception service proved very helpful for my needs. Ahmed Mustafa deserve a special mention. The hotel is very kid friendly. My child loved the many slides. Access to the other water park was great.

The food wasn't great. It was one of the worst I experienced to be honest. The rooms in block 4000 seemed outdated and rough. I saw some renovated rooms, but steps made them inaccessible for me.

the water slides are so satisfying for all ages. the variety of the food is AMAZING. they even have late dinner till 12 midnight. the services are great from all staff.

the restaurants are very crowded and don't have any variety.
